Additionally, you can determine the optimal location for your mobile router (Internet Flex Router/Flex Box/Hi!Magenta Box) by measuring the mobile internet signal and keeping track of currently connected devices.

To ensure seamless internet experience in every room, the Router Help App offers comprehensive guidance: from choosing the right devices (“Do I need a powerline adapter or a WiFi repeater?”) to purchasing options in the Magenta Online Shop to setting up a new powerline adapter or WiFi repeater effortlessly. You can easily scan the required device data with your smartphone/tablet camera.
But the Router Help App not only facilitates correct device connections but also assists in finding the optimal location for your WiFi repeater. Because only with the right placement can your WiFi be optimally strengthened.

DIAGNOSIS
This feature allows you to independently check and troubleshoot internet access problems or errors. A status display shows the current state of all areas required for functional internet access. The Router Help App performs an automatic WiFi and router analysis, guiding you interactively through suitable solutions for issue resolution.
